The Vela vase is a study in traditional craftsmanship and mark making. The hero vessel in our Ode collection, the Vela vase stands 10.2in / 26cm tall and 9.4in / 24cm at her widest point. Thrown on the potter's wheel by skilled artisans and decorated by hand. Each heretical line is hand drawn and the wings are delicately pressed into place before firing. This piece is produced in partnership with Gaya ceramic on the island of Bali, Indonesia.
Created in collaboration with Gaya Ceramic in Ubud, this limited piece is produced exclusively on the potter’s wheel by expert makers with the most refined throwing ability.
